requirements to the candidate:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing in major international or leading domestic companies
fluent english
excellent knowledge of and experience influencer marketing, social media. Good knowledge of crm
ability to think conceptually and creatively
strategic vision and foresight
profound knowledge of internet technologies and principles of digital marketing
in-depth knowledge of internet media planning and measurement

Responsibilities:

strategically evaluate digital marketing opportunities for categories. Formulate the vision and develop plans to stepchange digital marketing in the region
manage the evolution of digital marketing strategy. Be always one step ahead, think unconventionally to create sustainable competitive advantage
drive leadership in digital media at every step of the consumer decision
continuously monitor and assess consumer behavior online to influence digital media and creative planning
propose, align, and implement initiatives to differentiate brand and build an emotional bond with consumer through digital interactivity
drive close integration of digital marketing with retailer programs (both online and offline)
drive the evolution and upgrade of corporate site. Co-operate externally (global hq) and internally to make it a cutting-edge, best in class brand building resource
coordinate digital marketing planning and budgeting across the region and monitor the execution
ensure seamless integration of online and offline marketing activities. Create and execute regional synergies
leverage media and business analytics to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement
leverage service as a brand building tool
provide expertise and guidance to subsidiaries, recognizing their local needs. Help them make informed decisions and build their capabilities in digital marketing
